Today is my last day in Manila after being here for 6 weeks. As I think about the time here there is so much to be grateful for.
I’m so grateful for the success of our college graduates this year. They will be MOVING FORWARD in new directions making a difference in the lives of their families and their community. We are so proud of them!
I’m so grateful for the time with the wonderful friends and families of this community. It was great to have my wife with me on this trip. Our last time traveling here together was when we picked up our daughter Daniellee 19 years ago. Over the last 26 years, my family and I have built so many wonderful relationships, bonds that will never be broken…..
Yes, so many things to be grateful for…..but am I satisfied…NOPE! Every time I leave this place I leave with the longing to do more. The needs seem endless and I have a sense of frustration not being able to do all that I want to do. So I’ll return to the US with the goal to raise more awareness and funding to continue the work and increase our reach. I hope you will join us. Thank you to all our supporters….we can’t do it without you!
Thank you….
